Siri Circuits manufactures Single and Double-Sided PCBs for Industrial, Telecom, IT, Control, and Instrumentation applications. These PCBs are built using various copper clad laminates like FR4, CEM-1, etc., and are offered with a range of surface finishes. We also produce high-performance RF PCBs to meet specialized application needs.

Our manufacturing facility spans 5000 Sq. Ft and houses state-of-the-art machinery capable of producing top-quality PCBs. The production line is designed for high efficiency and automation, handling both single- and double-sided boards. The following sections outline the key stages of our manufacturing process:

CNC Drilling Machine

Our Posalux high-speed CNC drilling machine can drill holes as small as 0.2mm and handle board sizes up to 450mm x 620mm, ensuring precision and versatility in PCB production.

UV LED Exposure

The panels are coated with a photosensitive film (photoresist) and exposed to UV light in a yellow-lit room, ensuring precise image transfer onto the PCB.

DFM Developer

After exposure, the DFM Developer removes the unhardened photoresist, preparing the circuit for copper plating. This step is vital for accurate circuit definition.

Electroplating Lines

Our semi-automated electroplating line deposits copper on the panel surfaces and through-hole walls. Panels move through chemical baths using an overhead crane system.

Flying Probe Tester

Final electrical testing is done using a flying probe tester, ensuring each net matches the original design with no shorts or open circuits before shipment.
